  Very poor service.It is a shame of Aus Post to let these Chinese people to operate their business.Very little english knowledge and mean people.
  I have been yelled at the entrance: "License license!! befire i could even say anything.made a complaint againts them and a week later sent a postcard to overseas which has never arrived
  I sent it again but dropped in the box inside of the store 1 hour later went back to ask them to remove it and surprise: there was no postcard!
  Very bad service now i go to Highett or Hampton i would never deal with these Chinese couple again!
