  PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY -
  I had to find a way to manage the pain and damage caused by a nasty car accident. Cortisone injections became the norm twice a year for about 5 years until finding this fabulous Pilates Studio with the formidable combination of Marda & Michaela - you could not go wrong here !
  Marda cannot help herself, she will constantly think about you, your body, your issues until she comes up with one or many solutions, it really is a win win, but hey see for yourself they offer a very reasonably priced initial package - if you don't like it don't return ... but I'll bet you anything you'll LOVE it :)
